In 2013, Foy officially kicked off his skateboarding career, winning several competitions across Florida, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. Jamie's powerful style and fearless approach quickly gained him recognition, and in 2016, he made a pivotal move to Los Angeles, where he became a fixture in skateboarding videos, appearing in seven over 2016 and 2017.
Foy’s skating is characterized by raw energy and technical prowess. He’s known for massive gaps, rail grinds, and big flips. Some of his signature tricks include frontside flips down huge stair sets and backside 360 ollies over gaps. His fearless attitude and commitment to pushing boundaries have solidified his reputation as one of the best skaters in the world.
Foy rides for Deathwish Skateboards, a brand known for its gritty and rebellious ethos. He’s also part of the New Balance Numeric skateboarding team, representing their footwear and apparel line.
