Fallen Footwear was founded in 2003 by professional skateboarder Jamie Thomas. Jamie initially wanted to name the brand “Armee,” but the name didn’t quite stick. Instead, the company burst onto the scene as Fallen.

Fallen’s footwear was top-quality. Some of their popular shoe models included “The Clipper,” “The Patriot,” “The Rival,” “Trooper,” and the “Forte.” Beyond shoes, Fallen offered flannel shirts, hoodies, T-shirts, snapbacks, book bags, jeans, and shorts.

Fallen assembled an impressive team of skaters which included: Jamie Thomas, Tommy Sandoval, Brian “Slash” Hansen.

Fallen experienced both highs and lows. In 2005, an amicable separation occurred when their licensing agreement with DC Shoes (who distributed Fallen) was canceled after DC was acquired by Quiksilver. Despite this setback, Fallen was recognized as a top emerging footwear brand in skateboarding.

In 2016, Jamie Thomas announced Fallen’s disbandment, leaving fans disappointed. However, in 2018, the brand made a comeback under new ownership. OG skaters, including Chris Cole, Billy Marks, and Tommy Sandoval returned, breathing new life into Fallen. They reintroduced classic models and added fresh styles to their lineup
