Diamond Supply Co. was born in 1998, thanks to the vision of Nicholas Tershay, affectionately known as Nick Diamond. From his humble one-bedroom apartment in San Francisco, Nick created a skateboard hardware line that would soon evolve into something much bigger.

At its inception, Diamond Supply Co. focused on selling skateboard hardware bundled with an allen key and a wrench key. This seemingly straightforward concept laid the foundation for what would become one of the most influential skate apparel brands in the industry. Nick Diamond’s commitment to high-quality goods and a strong aesthetic quickly endeared Diamond Supply Co. to both skateboarding enthusiasts and street fashion aficionados.

The brand expanded beyond hardware, offering a full range of skateboard hard and soft goods, including bolts, bearings, t-shirts, fleeces, and accessories.

In 2005, Nike Skateboarding approached Nick Diamond to design his own signature Diamond Nike SB Dunk. The resulting sneaker became a sought-after gem, hailed as one of the greatest Nike SBs of all time by sneaker collectors and esteemed publications alike.

Diamond Supply Co. opened its first flagship store in Los Angeles’ historic Fairfax neighborhood in 2006. This iconic shop became a cultural staple, hosting exclusive releases and drawing lines around the block. Over the years, the brand expanded, opening additional flagship stores in San Francisco and New York.
